Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Finance and Accounts Intern to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in corporate accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and daily financial operations. This is an excellent prospect for students or recent graduates looking to launch a career in finance or accounting.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Assist with invoice processing, verifying vendor billing, preparing payments, and tracking outstanding accounts receivable.
Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and organize financial documents, receipts, invoices, and vouchers in compliance with company policies.
Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Assist in entering daily financial transactions into accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks,



SAP, or Excel).
Bank Reconciliation: Support the team in conducting monthly bank reconciliations and identifying discrepancies.
Reporting & Analysis: Help prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, expense trackings, and basic variance analyses.
Audit Support: Assist in gathering documentation and records for internal/external audits and tax filings.
General Administrative Support: Provide ad-hoc assistance to the finance team on special projects and routine operational tasks.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
