Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Oracle OTM implementations, including at least two full life-cycle projects across diverse industries.
Configure and optimize core OTM modules such as:
Shipment Planning & Execution
Freight Settlement
Sourcing
Fleet Management
Ensure solutions align with business requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
Design robust OTM solution architectures supporting scalability and performance.
Develop and support B2B integrations using EDI, APIs, and other integration frameworks.
Work with XML, XSL, and BI Publisher for reporting and document generation.
Apply advanced SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Lead the Customer Onboarding workstream, coordinating activities across internal and external teams.
Manage multiple workstreams while meeting project timelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with nearshore Project Managers and manage offshore delivery teams.
Ensure compliance with project governance, documentation, and delivery standards.
Delegate tasks effectively and remove delivery bottlenecks.
Drive knowledge transition, mentoring and guiding junior consultants.
Foster strong team collaboration, resolve conflicts,



and promote continuous improvement.
Support development and post-go-live production settings.
Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.
Identify opportunities for system enhancements and performance improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills :
8+ years of hands-on Oracle OTM experience.
Minimum 2 full life-cycle OTM implementations in mid-to-large scale projects.
Robust functional expertise in core OTM modules:
Shipment Planning & Execution
Freight Settlement
Sourcing
Fleet Management
Advanced proficiency in SQL.
Hands-on experience with XML, XSL, and BI Publisher.
Robust experience in B2B integrations (EDI, APIs).
Solid understanding of solution design and system architecture.
Experience handling development and support projects.
Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills :
Experience in the 3PL industry.
Knowledge of other OMS/TMS platforms.
Educational background in Computer Science or related discipline.
Exposure to global delivery models (offshore/nearshore coordination).
