Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment and hiring activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, employer branding, and HR operations in a fast-paced work environment.

The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in talent acquisition and people management.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Conduct initial HR screening calls and maintain candidate records
Post job openings on various hiring platforms and social media channels
Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports
Assist in employer branding and candidate engagement activities
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for ongoing requirements
Assist in campus recruitment activities including coordinating with colleges, screening student profiles,



scheduling campus interviews, and supporting internship hiring drives
Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment operations and coordination activities

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes is preferred
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms is an added advantage
Positive organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
