Retail Zonal Head – Key Responsibilities
Drive laptop sales by coordinating with all Branch Managers in the assigned zone.
Visit showrooms regularly to monitor operations and improve sales performance.
Analyze walk-ins, conversion rates, and identify prospects to increase sales.
Ensure adequate stock availability of laptop models across all branches.
Coordinate stock transfers and replenishment to avoid lost sales.
Monitor promoter attendance, productivity, and target achievement.
Coach and motivate promoters to improve product knowledge and sales conversion.
Support branches without dedicated promoters by coordinating with Branch Managers and training sales staff.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to recommend sales strategies.
Submit regular sales, showroom visit, stock, and performance reports to management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
