Job Profile: Center Manager
Job Location: Jharsuguda, Odisha

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall day-to-day operations of the training center.
Ensure smooth functioning of training, mobilization, and placement activities.
Manage and coordinate trainers, mobilizers, and center staff.
Monitor student enrollment, attendance, training quality, and center performance.
Achieve assigned targets related to mobilization, admissions, training, and placements.
Maintain center records, MIS reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with the management team and provide regular performance updates.
Handle student/trainee concerns and ensure timely resolution.




Ensure compliance with project guidelines and company processes.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Center Management / Skill Development / Education / Training operations.
Valuable communication and team management skills.
Robust knowledge of MS Office and basic MIS reporting.
Ability to manage targets and work independently.
Candidates with experience in government/skill development projects will be preferred.
