Role & responsibilities
Client Calling Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce projects, and generate qualified leads.
Project Explanation Clearly articulate project features, perks, pricing, and timelines to clients in an engaging manner.
Lead Management Track and update client interactions in CRM systems, ensuring timely followups and conversions.
Persuasion & Conversion Influence client decisions through effective communication, addressing queries, and overcoming objections.
Coordination with Sales Team Work closely with sales managers to schedule site visits, client meetings, and deal closures.
Reporting Prepare daily/weekly reports on outreach activities, lead status, and conversion metrics.
