JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to guide students in selecting suitable courses and making informed academic and career decisions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, counselling, and student-handling skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
Understand students’ interests, educational background, and career goals.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
Handle student enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and direct communication.
Follow up with prospective students and assist them throughout the admission process.




Provide academic guidance and support to students.
Communicate professionally with students and parents.
Maintain student and enquiry records.
Coordinate with the academic and admission teams.
Work towards assigned admission and enrolment targets.

ELIGIBILITY
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, HR, Commerce, or a relevant field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good English and Malayalam communication skills.
Confident, friendly, and positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and work with students.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
