Assist the Foreman in supervising daily production activities.
Monitor work progress and ensure production targets are achieved.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and work instructions.
Coordinate with production workers for smooth workflow.
Learn machine operations, production planning, and shop floor management.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and housekeeping (5S).
Report production issues and assist in resolving them.
Maintain production records and daily reports.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in the factory.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Factory Manager.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
