We are seeking a Customer Telecaller support Executive to engage with pre-qualified leads, conduct follow-ups, and manage relationships with existing customers across international markets. The ideal candidate is confident, well-spoken, and comfortable working in a global workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to international leads
Follow up and nurture relationships with potential customers
Maintain regular communication with existing clients
Update CRM systems accurately with call notes and statuses

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience in customer service or telecalling is an advantage
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global setting
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
