Requirements

Oracle HCM Pre-sales Solution Architect
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules Core HR, Talent Management, Perks, Performance, Recruitment, T&L;, Workforce Management.
Experience with Implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM.
Understanding of Business requirements, Challenges & Ability to provide Solutions, Presenting value proposition.
Lead Pre-Sales with focus on Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR, Talent Management, Perks, T&L;, Workforce Management.
Understand customer requirements and present Solutions/POV.
Own Response to RFP, RFI.
SME on HCM modules.
Own, Prepare and Deliver Product Demos, POCs and Solution presentations independently.
Support GTM initiatives.
Collaborate with Sales/Vertical Team.
Willing to Travel on short term – essential.
Valuable communication skills.
