Air Freight Operations Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Air Freight Operations Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day air freight activities. This role involves close coordination with airlines, international customers, third-party agents, and offshore logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate air freight bookings and shipment movements with airlines
Communicate with airlines, customers, and third-party agents via phone and email
Work closely with international and offshore logistics teams to support end-to-end operations
Prepare and manage shipment documentation, including airwaybills and invoices
Support customs-related documentation and compliance activities (training provided)
Track shipments, follow standard operating procedures, and meet deadlines
Use Microsoft Excel, Word,



and Teams for daily operational tasks

Preferred Candidate Profile
Robust written and spoken English communication skills
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across regions
Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills
Comfortable working in a process-driven, deadline-focused workplace
Basic knowledge of logistics, air freight, or freight forwarding is an advantage
Familiarity with invoices and airwaybills is a plus
Willingness to learn systems, processes, and international logistics workflows

Training
Full training provided on booking systems, documentation, and customs processes

Education
Any graduate / Postgraduate
Qualification in Logistics / Supply chain preferable.
