Job Summary:
We are looking for a Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities, vendor coordination, sourcing, negotiations, and timely delivery of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement for IT, branding, office supplies, consumables, uniforms, and project requirements.
Identify and evaluate vendors to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to achieve cost savings.
Manage the complete vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and relationship management.
Handle and streamline Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, ensuring timely processing and payments.
Coordinate with IT, Marketing, Admin, and Operations teams to understand and fulfill procurement requirements.




Monitor inventory and consumption to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, audit requirements, and documentation standards.
Track procurement metrics such as cost savings, vendor performance, and order cycle time.
Manage multiple vendors simultaneously, from sourcing through final delivery.
Support event and project-based procurement, ensuring timely availability of materials and services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
25 years of experience in procurement/purchasing.
Robust vendor management, negotiation, and sourcing skills.
Positive understanding of P2P and procurement processes.
Robust communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and vendors within tight deadlines.
Experience in healthcare/telehealth or corporate procurement will be an added advantage.
