Job Summary

The Pod Lead will support the Team Lead by overseeing a small group tasked with creating and maintaining accurate map data. This role involves daily supervision, quality control, and task allocation within their pod.

Role & responsibilities
Manage and support a team of associates.
Allocate work and monitor daily productivity.
Ensure quality and SLA targets are met.
Resolve operational queries.
Supervise and guide a pod of associates to ensure project goals are met.
Distribute tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are achieved while maintaining high-quality standards.
Assist the Team Lead in managing daily operations and workflow optimization within the pod.
Identify and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, proposing and implementing practical solutions.
Encourage teamwork and collaboration within the pod to achieve common goals.

Positive people management and communication skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and operational tools.
Problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency and quality improvement.
