We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Floor Manager to oversee showroom operations and lead the sales team efficiently in the small and large appliances section.

Eligibility:
Any Degree preferred
Minimum experience in electronics/home appliances showroom required

Required Skills & Experience:
Must have experience in Small Appliances & Large Appliances sales and operations
Strong leadership and team handling skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to achieve showroom sales targets
Good knowledge of electronic and home appliance products
Ability to manage staff, customer handling and floor activities
Smart, energetic and result-oriented personality

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day showroom floor operations
Lead and motivate sales staff to achieve targets
Ensure excellent customer service experience




Monitor product display and showroom presentation
Handle customer queries and escalations professionally
Coordinate with stock, billing and delivery departments
Monitor sales performance and prepare daily reports
Ensure smooth functioning of appliance sections
