Hiring: Inbound US Voice – Analyst (Sales & Upselling Focus)

We are looking for dynamic specialists to join our Inbound US Voice Process team, with a solid focus on customer service, sales, and upselling.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from US customers in a professional and courteous manner
Understand customer needs through active listening and effective questioning
Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions
Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities on every call
Address customer objections with empathy and close sales effectively

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,100.00 per month
