Job Title: Finishing Engineer High-Rise Residential Construction

Experience: 4–8 Years
Location: Patancheruvu, Hyderabad

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finishing Engineer to join our high-rise residential construction team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in executing and monitoring finishing works while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and execute all finishing works, including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceilings, doors, windows, and faade finishes.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor site progress and ensure activities are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and track project milestones.
Identify and resolve site execution issues,



ensuring timely closure of snags and punch list items.
Verify contractor measurements and bills related to finishing works.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Coordinate project handover activities and ensure apartments/common areas meet company quality standards.

Required Skills
Robust expertise in high-rise residential finishing works.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Experience in quality control, snag management, and site execution.
Valuable coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
Familiarity with construction safety standards and site management practices.

Qualification
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
