The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience with Max Division Handling experience. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market reach, managing distributors, and ensuring excellent execution in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Develop and manage the assigned sales territory effectively. • Handle distributors and maintain strong business relationships. • Generate secondary sales and increased market penetration. • Ensure product availability,



visibility, and merchandising across retail outlets. • Build robust relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts. • Max Division Handel experience assigned territory. • Identify recent business opportunities and appoint current distributors/retailers where required. • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. • Ensure timely order collection, billing, and payment follow-up. • Execute promotional activities and company sales initiatives. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (MIS). • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely product availability and delivery. • Resolve customer and distributor concerns professionally.
