We have vacancy for Transplant Coordinator

Qualification - MSW

Experience - 1 to 5 yrs.

Roles and Responsibilities
Donor Management
Organization and conduction of Voluntary Blood donation drives
Blood inventory management- monitoring and maintaining buffer stock
Maintaining data of rare group donors
Maintaining deferred donor data
Prepare periodic data
Perform tasks allocated by BB MO.
Maintain data of Reactive donor and coordinate with them for further counseling
Donor calling for blood donation requests, reminders next donations, thanking them for their contributions, f/u regarding any adverse donor reaction occurrence
Participate in activities related to Donor day celebrations and other donor felicitation activities
Maintain record of donor refreshment used in outdoor drives as well as in Blood Centre




Assist to prepare and review SOPs as and when required.
Assist to prepare IEC material for blood donation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Managing Complete Transplant as Transplant Coordinator
Facilitating, meeting and counseling of live donor and patients
Maintaining all legal documentation related transplant and maintaining data as per DHS guidelines
Coordinating with ZTCC, Transplant team, OT, Blood Banks, Molecular lab of other hospital etc. for cadaver donor maintenance and organ transplants
Coordinating with different departments regarding reports
Taking round of dialysis department
Maintain trackers, documents of all licenses
Attending required meetings of ZTCC and other government authorities
Responsible for all internal and external audits
