Customer Success Manager WealthGrowth.AI

Role Overview

Cognerium AI is looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the customer journey after a client signs up for WealthGrowth.AI.

The primary goal is to ensure every client is successfully onboarded, actively using the platform, receiving ongoing support, and achieving measurable business value from WealthGrowth.AI.

Responsibilities
Own the client relationship from contract signing through onboarding and ongoing usage.
Coordinate onboarding activities, including data collection, platform setup, user configuration, and go-live.
Train financial advisors, RMs, managers, and other users on WealthGrowth.AI.
Work closely with Cogneriums product and technical teams to resolve client issues and onboarding roadblocks.
Monitor platform usage and proactively engage clients where adoption is low.
Conduct regular client check-ins to understand progress, challenges, and additional requirements.
Ensure client questions and support requests are addressed quickly.




Gather client feedback and communicate product requirements to the internal team.
Identify opportunities to increase platform adoption across additional users, teams, or business units.
Build robust relationships with client leadership and become their primary point of contact with Cognerium.

What We’re Looking For
2–5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, implementation, or client-facing roles.
Experience working with SaaS or enterprise technology platforms.
Financial services, wealth management, FinTech, banking, or investment industry experience preferred.
Robust client communication and relationship-management skills.
Ability to coordinate across business, product, data, and technology teams.
Comfortable training and supporting both business users and senior client stakeholders.

Quick client onboarding, successful go-live, high user adoption, strong client relationships, and long-term customer retention.
