SKILLS





1.Knowledge of Engine 5C parts Manufacturing Processes
Basic Knowledge of cam shaft & crankshaft machining process including grinding & induction hardening
Basis knowledge of cutting tools, fixture designing, GD &T;
Knowledge of CNC machines & hands on experience in CNC programming of FANUC, MAZATROL, SIEMENS controllers, Grinding machine programming, micro programming
Knowledge of IE techniques, 7 types of wastes, 3M, 5S etc.
