Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements during the entire recruitment cycle.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for senior management positions across AP Region.
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Should be able to do frequent branch visits in AP Region by managing end to end life cycle.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for recent hires.
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.
Drive organizational change initiatives and support cultural transformation.
Identify training needs and facilitate learning and development programs.
Lead succession planning and talent review processes.
Collaborate with centers of excellence (e.g., compensation, advantages, L&D;).
