About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Holiday Package Sales Executive / Travel Consultant with hands-on experience in selling holiday packages and creating customized travel itineraries.

The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, excellent customer-handling skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements, design suitable itineraries, and convert enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries for domestic and/or international holiday packages.
Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, budget, and duration.
Create customized day-wise itineraries based on customer requirements.
Recommend destinations, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, activities, and other travel services.
Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers to close sales.
Follow up with leads and maintain a solid conversion ratio.
Handle the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to booking confirmation.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant travel products and services.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.




Coordinate with internal teams/vendors for package execution and booking confirmation.
Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and bookings.

Required Skills & Experience
14 years of experience in Holiday Package Sales / Travel Sales / Travel Consulting.
Strong experience in selling holiday packages is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in itinerary creation and customization.
Good knowledge of domestic and/or international travel destinations.
Robust communication and customer-handling skills.
Good negotiation and convincing skills.
Target-oriented with a solid focus on sales conversion.
Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages.
Experience with travel portals/CRM systems will be an advantage.
