Track and monitor team targets versus achievements.
Analyse business performance and identify gaps.
Drive the team towards achievement of assigned targets.




Target Achievement
Ensure completion of targets assigned by the State/Head Office (HO) team.
Take necessary measures to improve business performance and achieve insurance targets.

Stakeholder & Customer Support
Handle insurance-related queries, issues, and concerns.
Provide effective customer support and resolve complex insurance-related queries.

Field & Business Development
Undertake travel within the assigned region as required for increasing insurance business.
