* Attend customers and understand their vision and eyewear requirements.
* Assist customers in selecting spectacle frames, lenses, sunglasses and optical products.
* Explain lens options, coatings, brands, pricing and perks.
* Take accurate measurements and coordinate with the optometrist/lab for order processing.
* Prepare quotations, billing and maintain sales records.
* Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely delivery.
* Maintain optical display, inventory and overall showroom presentation.
* Achieve monthly sales and customer-service targets.
* Provide skilled, courteous and personalized customer service.
* Previous experience in optical retail sales preferred; freshers with positive communication and sales skills may also apply.
