Job Summary

The Kindergarten Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning workplace that supports the academic, social, emotional, and physical development of young learners. The teacher plans and delivers age-appropriate lessons while fostering curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, activity-based lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
Create a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
Support children's cognitive, language, social, emotional, and motor skill development.
Assess student progress through observations and age-appropriate assessment methods.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student portfolios.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
Organize classroom resources and learning materials to enhance student engagement.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
Ensure student safety and maintain discipline in accordance with school policies.
Collaborate with colleagues to implement best teaching practices and school initiatives.

Qualifications




Educational qualifications as prescribed by CBSE.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a reputed school.
