Job Title: HVAC Technician

Qualification: ITI- Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning
Experience: 2 years above
Work Location: Ahmedabad
Reports to: Associate - Engineering Maintenance (Incharge)

Essential duties and responsibilities
Maintain all installations related to air conditioning, chiller plants, cooling towers, AHU, FCU, VRV system, Pumps, DX system, Mortuary, Refrigerators
Handle all air conditioning related complaints and close as per TAT
Assist other department as and when required, to perform all other jobs as may be assigned due to exigencies of work.
Look after all air- conditioning installations, preventive maintenance schedules, regular floor rounds and took energy conservation initiatives with in hospital.
Diagnose service issues,



calibrate system as per manufacturer recommendation, filters validations. Follow all work-related instructions of Superiors.
Maintain all plant related log books, stock inventory and material consumptions.

Working conditions
Will work in Shifts (Morning, Evening Night) of 8.5 hours a day.
Will remain on call for emergencies.
