We are currently looking for Customer Relationship Executives (Female/Male) to be stationed at our Joka site (Marketing office).

What you will do?
Welcome and assist visiting customers with warmth and professionalism.
Understand customer needs and coordinate with the sales team for project presentations.
Create a delightful and memorable customer experience during every visit.




Maintain customer interaction reports through our CRM system.

Who we are looking for?
Graduate with excellent communication skills in English, Bengali and Hindi.
Pleasant personality with a positive, go-getter attitude.
Comfortable using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Convent schooling preferred (not mandatory).
Degree / Diploma in Sales, Hospitality or Aviation Management will be an advantage.

Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
Experience in hospitality / aviation / service industry will be an added advantage.

Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply.
