Position: SAP Techno Functional Data Migration Manager

The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Data Migration Manager / Techno-Functional Data Architect to lead complex data transformation and migration strategies across SAP landscapes. The role focuses on delivering clean, scalable, and compliant data migration solutions aligned with S/4HANA transformation programs, including greenfield, brownfield, and blue field implementations.

Your Key Responsibilities
Architect end-to-end SAP data migration solutions aligned with Clean Core principles
Lead greenfield, brownfield, and bluefield S/4HANA transformations
Design ETL solutions using BODS, Syniti ADM/ADMM, and LTMC
Drive FICO-based data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ solutioning and effort estimation
Define data governance, quality, and cleansing frameworks
Collaborate with functional, technical, and integration teams
Manage global delivery teams and stakeholders

Skills and Attributes for Success
14+ years of SAP experience with focus on data migration




Solid expertise in BODS, Syniti ADM/ADMM, LTMC
Deep SAP FICO functional expertise
Experience in ETL design, data mapping, and reconciliation
Knowledge of S/4HANA transformation programs
Solid stakeholder management and consulting skills

Ideally, Youll Also Have
SAP S/4HANA or Data Migration certifications
Syniti or SAP BODS certification
Experience in data governance frameworks
