Job Summary

Position description: To lead the end-to-end maintenance and reliability of infrastructure, buildings, utilities and workplace assets by ensuring secure, cost-effective and sustainable operations while maximizing asset life, user satisfaction and business continuity.

To develop and implement maintenance strategies, technology adoption and process improvements that improve equipment/facility reliability, reduce lifecycle costs and support organizational growth.

To build a high-performance maintenance organization through effective planning, vendor management, team development and governance.

Responsibilities
Develop preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance programs.
Prepare annual asset health assessments and asset replacement plans.
Establish maintenance KPIs and reliability targets.
Manage annual maintenance budgets and cost optimization.
Ensure statutory compliance and risk management.
Drive CMMS/CAFM and predictive maintenance implementation.
Develop succession plans and training team capability programs.
Drive sustainability initiatives.
Lead emergency response and business continuity planning.
Evaluate facility asset health and develop preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance plans.
Prepare technical scope,



invite tenders and manage vendor selection.
Lead technical and commercial evaluation of vendors.
Plan, monitor and control maintenance activities for quality and schedule compliance.
Certify vendor invoices after work completion verification.
Establish vendor scorecards and performance reviews.
Drive technology adoption and automation.
Govern maintenance standards, SOPs and checklists.
Drive 5S and workplace organization initiatives.
