The IT Infrastructure Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting the IT infrastructure across all SALT and Toscano restaurant outlets and recent store openings.

The role includes ensuring uninterrupted operations of POS systems, network connectivity, servers, Wi-Fi, CCTV, printers, telephony, and end-user devices.

The incumbent will coordinate for hardware procurement, AMC management, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance while ensuring timely resolution of IT issues. The role also supports software installations, user access management, data backup, cybersecurity compliance, and implementation of recent technology initiatives.

The IT Infrastructure Executive will maintain IT asset records, monitor system performance, and provide technical support during restaurant launches and business-critical operations. The ideal candidate should possess robust troubleshooting skills, knowledge of networking, Windows settings, cloud applications, POS systems, and excellent stakeholder management abilities to ensure seamless technology support across all Bangalore/ Hyderabad locations.
