We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead the architectural planning and design coordination for large-scale slum redevelopment projects undertaken for government authorities. The role involves strategic leadership, statutory compliance, and close coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the architecture team for slum redevelopment projects from concept to execution
Ensure full compliance with DCPR 33(10) and 33(9) provisions
Provide expert guidance on FSI, TDR utilization, and GFC norms
Coordinate with government bodies, Developer, and local authorities.
Review master plans, layouts, building proposals, and drawings for approval readiness
Integrate rehabilitation, sale components,



and infrastructure planning effectively
Support PMC functions including timelines, approvals, and inter-disciplinary coordination
Mentor junior architects and ensure quality control across deliverables

Required Expertise
In-depth knowledge of:
DCPR 2034 Regulation 33(10) & 33(9)
FSI & TDR mechanisms
Government Floor Coefficients (GFCs)
Proven experience in slum rehabilitation / redevelopment projects
Robust understanding of government approval processes and compliance frameworks
