Financial Planning & Performance Management
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, and key business drivers across business segments.
Develop management presentations and dashboards for leadership reviews.
Monitor business performance against budgets and strategic targets.

Revenue MIS & Business Analytics
Prepare and maintain detailed Revenue MIS across all product lines, including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Insurance, Structured Products, and other wealth products.
Track product-wise, region-wise, and channel-wise revenue performance.
Identify key trends, prospects, and risks through data-driven analysis.
Provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance and profitability.

AUM Analytics




Build and maintain comprehensive Assets Under Management (AUM) dashboards.
Track AUM movements, inflows, outflows, market appreciation/depreciation, and net recent assets.
Perform product-wise, segment-wise, branch-wise, and RM-wise AUM analysis.
Support management with AUM forecasts and growth projections.

RM Performance Reporting
Build and maintain RM-level Performance Scorecards covering:
Revenue achievement
AUM growth
Client acquisition
Product penetration
Productivity metrics
Incentive-linked KPIs
Generate periodic performance reports for senior management.
Provide insights into top and bottom performers and identify improvement opportunities.
