Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Sales & Business Development Manager to lead and grow its business in the dry construction segment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the sales and business development strategy for drywall, ceiling and dry cladding solutions.
Lead, guide and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and company sales targets. Identify and develop new customers, markets, projects and business prospects.
Build robust relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, project management companies and channel partners.
Drive product specification and ensure Nextec's solutions are considered during the design and tendering stages of projects.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate dry construction solutions. Generate and manage a solid project pipeline from enquiry through order closure.
Work closely with the technical, design, operations and management teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Participate in customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations and technical discussions.
Set sales targets and monitor team performance through regular reviews and reporting. Develop long-term relationships with key customers and ensure repeat business.
Explore opportunities to expand presence across the dry construction and metal framing ecosystem.
Candidate Profile
BE/B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
8–10 years of relevant sales experience in drywalls, ceilings, cladding, dry construction or building materials.
Proven experience in leading and developing a sales team.
Strong industry network and customer relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation and business development skills.
Result-oriented, proactive and willing to travel as required.
