Key Responsibilities
Project Ownership
Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of client projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and seamless coordination across teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with:
Design to curate personalized gifting experiences and visual communication
Operations & Warehouse to ensure accurate packaging, inventory readiness, and on-time dispatch
Sales & Marketing to align client expectations, messaging, and timelines
Tech & Data to streamline tracking, feedback loops, and internal processes
Voice of the Client
Act as the internal advocate for clients by translating requirements, feedback, and challenges into actionable tasks for internal teams.
Process & Workflow Improvement
Identify bottlenecks and contribute to improving workflows, turnaround time, and delivery reliability.




Experience Design
Support creative enhancements across client touchpoints from onboarding to unboxing and post-delivery communication.
Client Success & Retention
Build robust working relationships with key accounts, focusing on satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term engagement.

What Were Looking For
2- 3 years of experience in Project Management, Client Success, Operations, or similar roles
Robust coordination and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a rapid-paced environment
Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
Startup or agency experience is a plus
