Senior Accountant Roles & Responsibilities
Handle complete construction/project accounting and site-wise accounts.
Manage material supply billing, including invoices, PO, delivery challans, GRN/MRN and reconciliation.
Verify RA bills, subcontractor bills, material quantities and rates.
Handle GST, TDS, billing and statutory compliance.
Maintain vendor/customer ledgers, receivables, payables and reconciliations.
Monitor project expenses, material purchases and outstanding payments.
Prepare project-wise MIS, P&L;, cost reports and ageing reports.
Coordinate with Site, Purchase, Stores, Commercial and Management teams.
Handle audit requirements and documentation.
Solid knowledge of Tally/ERP and Excel is required.
Mandatory: Relevant experience in Construction Accounting and Material Supply Billing is compulsory.
