HR Textile & Garment Industry
Location: Ondipudur, Coimbatore
Experience: 2 - 6 years in textile/garment manufacturing
Education: Bachelor’s/MBA in HR, IR, or related field
Key Role: Manage end-to-end HR operations with focus on blue-collar recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit sewing operators, helpers, checkers, cutters, finishing staff, etc.
Handle onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, HR records and HRIS.
Manage SEDEX/SMETA, CTPAT, BSCI, WRAP and buyer compliance audits.
Ensure PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, CLRA, working hours and other statutory compliance.
Conduct internal audits, worker training and CAP closure.
Handle employee grievances, welfare and shop-floor HR activities.
Coordinate with Production, IE, Compliance and Management.

Required Skills: Blue-collar recruitment, labour laws, social compliance audits, MS Office/Excel, HRIS, robust communication and documentation skills.
