ensuring timely closure of vacancies while maintaining a solid candidate experience and

Experience Required

Total Experience Required: 2 5 Years

Relevant Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Preferred Industry Background: Engineering, Manufacturing, EPC, Logistics, Supply Chain,

IT, Corporate Hiring

Specific Domain Preference (if any): Technical & Non-Technical Recruitment
Educational Qualification

Mandatory Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

Preferred Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from requisition to onboarding.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, references, consultants, and

social media.

• Screen resumes and conducts preliminary interviews.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

• Manage offer rollout, salary discussions, and joining follow-ups.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.

• Generate recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring reports.

• Monitor hiring KPIs and recruitment turnaround time (TAT).

• Coordinate background verification and onboarding activities.

• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.

• Utilize AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, and recruitment productivity.
