ReBIT, a 100% owned IT subsidiary is hiring for Automation Engineer (Senior/Lead). We're planning for a face-to-face recruitment drive on 11th Oct'25 (Saturday).
Experience / Qualifications:
Should have 3 to 8 years of relevant experience
Solid proficiency in Java programming
Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG and Cucumber (BDD)
Solid understanding of Git/GitHub workflows and branching strategies
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or similar
Familiarity with Maven for dependency management and build automation
Proven ability to manage and maintain regression test sets
Experience in code reviews
Experience in preparing and sharing DSRs or similar reporting formats
Ability to write clean and reusable automation code
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Robust communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG and BDD Cucumber
Design scalable and maintainable automation frameworks using Maven for build management
Manage version control and code collaboration using Git/GitHub
Analyze test results, identify defects and work closely with developers to resolve issues
Participate in code reviews
Continuously improve automation practices, test coverage, and execution speed
Manage and optimize regression test suites to ensure coverage and stability across releases
Track and report daily progress through Daily Status Reports (DSRs), highlighting automation coverage, issues and blockers
Collaborate with QA, DevOps and Development teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
