Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and customizations.
Build and maintain Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and process automation.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
Support Salesforce releases, deployments, and change management activities.
Maintain technical documentation and system configurations.
Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and current features.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Robust hands-on experience with:
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
SOQL/SOSL
Visualforce
Salesforce Flows
REST/SOAP APIs
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Knowledge of Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
