About the Role

VTK Industries is looking for an experienced Senior Executive HR with robust hands-on exposure in the manufacturing sector. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, statutory compliance, recruitment, attendance and payroll coordination, and supporting plant/operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations for manufacturing/plant employees.
- Handle recruitment and manpower planning for production, quality, maintenance, stores and other manufacturing functions.
- Coordinate joining formalities, onboarding, induction and employee documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, shift schedules and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing and resolve employee payroll-related queries.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Support disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries and HR-related documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain personnel files, HR records and employee databases.




- Coordinate statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour and other applicable regulations.
- Work closely with production and department heads on manpower requirements and workforce issues.
- Support performance management, training and employee development initiatives.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and improve workplace culture.
- Prepare HR MIS reports covering manpower, absenteeism, attrition, recruitment and other HR metrics.
- Assist in audits and inspections related to HR and statutory compliance.
- Support implementation of company HR policies and procedures.

Preferred Profile Candidates from engineering, automotive, auto components, fabrication, machinery, industrial products, electrical/electronics, or other manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Key Requirement: Candidates without relevant manufacturing-sector experience should not be considered.
