About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Content Writer who can develop compelling, audience-focused content across digital and communication platforms. The ideal candidate should have robust storytelling skills, excellent command of language, and the ability to adapt content to different voices, personalities, and target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Write engaging social media captions, website content, blogs, articles, newsletters, speeches, talking points, and campaign communication .
- Develop clear, persuasive, and impactful content aligned with communication objectives.
- Ensure the tone, voice, messaging, and language consistently match the relevant political persona and target audience.
- Research political, social, cultural, and current-affairs topics to create accurate and relevant content.
- Translate complex ideas, policies, and viewpoints into simple, compelling, and audience-friendly narratives .
- Develop content for campaigns, events, public appearances, interviews, speeches, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with creative, social media, PR, design, and video teams to develop integrated communication campaigns.
- Create multiple content variations tailored to different platforms and audience segments.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy,



clarity, grammar, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Stay updated with current trends, social media conversations, audience behaviour, and emerging content formats .
- Contribute creative ideas for increasing engagement, reach, and visibility across digital platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–12 years of professional experience in content writing, political communication, digital media, journalism, PR, advertising, or a related field .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong command of English; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages will be an advantage.
- Exceptional storytelling, research, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
- Ability to write in different tones and voices while maintaining consistency.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple content requirements simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of political communication, public affairs, or campaign communication will be highly preferred.
