Your main job is twofold: first, win recent institutional (Hotel Management) for internship projects in abroad; second, generate steady candidates from Colleges (Hotel Management) and Individual Job seekers.

Here’s the landscape you’ll be selling into: colleges, and even motivated individual job-seekers who value a trusted career bridge. You will pitch our end-to-end hiring and placement solutions, close deals, and stay in touch long enough to make sure the positions are actually filled.

What success looks like

Regular, qualified leads converted into signed agreements

If you already have contacts in academia, HR departments, or training hubs around Kolkata,



you’ll hit the ground running. Robust communication, a persuasive demo style, and comfort negotiating at both campus and boardroom level are essential. The payment will be in the range of INR 1, to INR 1, after completion of Visa processing for every individual. This project has no time limit.
