Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Need to work in shifts and handle shift independently for Paint Process & Product Quality control , trouble shooting etc.
Co-ordinate with material suppliers on quality issues , quality upgradation.
Ensure product quality parameters , goals are achieved as per plan.
Review , analysis & action planning of daily quality data , rework & rejection , internal & external customer complaints.
Paint Quality planning & execution for current model , current color launches , recent projects in paint shop.
Field complaint analysis , action planning for paint shop related complaints.
Interact with body shop and TCF shops , PVT for paint shop quality related co-ordinations.
Facilitate Quality related internal/external audits.
Increase morale of the team by giving them input of
