Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the building material industry.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.

- Identify new opportunities for expansion and develop strategies to penetrate current markets or products.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.

Job Requirements :

- 8-15 years of experience in channel sales management or similar role in the building materials industry.

- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective dealer channel management.

- Strong understanding of adhesives, sanitary ware, and other related products.
