As part of the Operations Transfer Pricing team you will support the development and execution of creative operational transfer pricing strategies that improve client processes. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze client systems and data, mentor junior staff, and contribute to exceptional deliverables while embracing the evolving landscape of tax services.

Responsibilities
Support the creation and implementation of innovative transfer pricing strategies
Analyze client data and systems to identify enhancement opportunities
Mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge




Confirm exceptional deliverables that meet client expectations
Adapt to the evolving landscape of tax services
Collaborate with teams to streamline operational processes
Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Contribute to the development of innovative practices in transfer pricing

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
3 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, or Computer and Information Science preferred
Certified Public Accountant, CA, or other finance-related credentials preferred
Experience with Business Intelligence tools or analytics platforms
Experience in client assessment and consultative problem-solving
Exposure to finance or tax technology implementations
Interest in interpreting large and complex data sets
Familiarity with industry practices for tax data management
Ability to manage day-to-day task plans and coordinate with team members
