We are seeking a energetic and experienced Sales Executive with a robust background in HVAC systems and ventilation products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with developers, contractors, and HVAC consultants within the assigned region. This role requires a self-driven and motivated individual with expertise in distributor management and heat load calculations.

Role & responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development
Identify and target potential clients in the HVAC industry.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, and HVAC consultants.
Provide technical support and product information to clients.
Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

Distributor Management:




Manage and support distributors to ensure effective product distribution.
Monitor distributor performance and provide necessary training and support.
Develop and implement distributor incentive programs.
Technical Expertise:
Provide technical guidance on ventilation products and HVAC systems.
Perform heat load calculations and provide solutions to clients.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and product developments.

Preferred candidate profile
In-depth knowledge of ventilation products and HVAC systems.
Solid experience in distributor management.
Proficiency in heat load calculations.
Proven experience in managing relationships with developers, contractors, and HVAC consultants.
Should have worked with companies like- Kruger, Asteberg, Ostberg, Nicotra, Systemair, Zeco or HVAC contractor
