Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate's skills,

experience, and qualifications.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions accordingly.
Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates.
Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities. -

Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Human

Resources or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
