Conduct client consultations to assess financial needs and recommend appropriate mortgage products.
Maintain a pipeline of mortgage loan applications, ensuring timely processing, underwriting, and closing.
Analyze applicant financial status, credit, and property evaluation to determine feasibility of granting loans.
Maintain current knowledge of all federal and state regulations relating to mortgage lending.
Work closely with underwriters, processors, and closers to ensure smooth loan transactions.
Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners.
Meet established productivity goals and service standards.
