We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with 5 to 8 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, particularly in Masterbatch, Caps & Closures, and managing key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and marketing initiatives for flexible packaging products including Masterbatch, Caps & Closures.
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in domestic and export markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
Handle customer complaints promptly and ensure timely resolution through coordination with the production and technical teams.
Provide market feedback, identify trends, and contribute to pricing, product development,



and promotional strategies.
Support and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.

Required Experience & Skills:
5 to 8 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the flexible packaging industry.
Robust understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and product applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer issues professionally and work cross-functionally to resolve them.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
