The role offers a unique opportunity to undergo 45 days of in-office training, after which it transitions to a permanent work-from-home setup. Candidates must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi and available for immediate joining.
Role and Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound/inbound calls as part of real estate operations.
Communicate effectively with clients in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Attend and complete 45 days of in-office training in Bhugaon, Pune.
Transition to a lifetime work-from-home model post-training.
Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality client interactions and service delivery.
Selection Process:
First Round: Telephonic interview.
Second Round: Face-to-face interview.
